Warrior 1
A great back extension and can be done with the hands in steeple position (as in the image) or arms wide.

Warrior 2
One of my favourites.
Although this is largely a preparation asana (pose), it is good for opening the hips and building strength. Arms can be out (as in the image) or at the hips.

Warrior 3
A standing balance asana (pose) which builds strength and focus. A slight bend in the standing knee will help with stability. Arms can be extended (as in the image) or at the side of the body.
