About me

I focus on hatha yoga to encourage people to create time for themselves and move one breath at a time. I am passionate about making my classes inclusive and recognise that everyone can benefit from yoga. My classes are creative and I want people to be able to explore movement and understand the importance of staying active for physical and mental health.

In my personal practice, I also do vinyasa and last year joined paddle board yoga classes at Stubbers Activity Centre. I hold a qualification in Level 3 Diploma in Yoga from Health and Fitness Education, including Level 3 in Teaching Yoga for Older Participants and Teaching Yoga for Pre and Post Natal Clients. Through Yoga Renew I am also qualified in teaching vinyasa yoga and children's yoga. I also hold additional CPD in mindfulness. I am a qualified First Aider and hold valid insurance through Insure 4 Sport.
